A Summer Evening on the Terrace

Summer evenings in Pitztal have their own rhythm. The light softens, the air cools gently and the mountains turn golden. We spoke with our junior manager Celina about her favorite summer drink and what makes these moments so special.

Celina, what makes summer in Pitztal unique for you?

“Summer here feels clear and honest. The mountains are close, and you can truly spend time outdoors. Especially in the evenings on our terrace, there is a very peaceful atmosphere.”

And your favorite summer drink?

“My absolute favorite is Aperol with ginger ale. Plenty of ice, a slice of orange and some fresh mint. It is light, refreshing and perfect after a day in the mountains.”

Why does it fit so well to Mandarfner Hof?

“After hiking in Pitztal, you may want something that feels easy and fresh. This drink is not too heavy. It matches the relaxed mood of our summer evenings.”

Your tip for guests?

“Take your time. Sit on the terrace, look towards the peaks and enjoy the moment. You do not need much more.”
